After many years in the residential leasing and property management business in the Halifax Regional Municipality, Colin Sword and Susan Maylin, created their own company “Halifax Quality Homes Ltd”. Mr. Sword brings a wealth of experience in both the banking industry and as a Property Manager. He has two degrees from Dalhousie University (Bachelor of Science & Commerce). He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

Ms. Maylin is considered the pre-eminent Leasing Consultant in the Halifax Regional Municipality. She has previous experience as both a real estate broker and leasing consultant, she is very knowledgeable about the wants and needs of owners and tenants in Halifax and surrounding area.
